AXTech and 7ocean Invent are proud to introduce the Smart Tower Solution (STS), a revolutionary advancement in subsea operations designed to meet the rising demands of well-intervention, subsea installation, and future plug and abandonment operations.

The Smart Tower Solution can be installed on any Offshore Construction Vessel (OCV) equipped with offshore cranes that meet specific criteria. This adaptability ensures that the system can be configured to suit various tasks, from Riserless Light Well Intervention (RLWI) operations to retrieving production tubing from wells and subsea module handling. The solution’s modular nature allows for swift mobilization and demobilization of required modules, each designed to be split into "road-ready" sections if necessary.

Cost-effective and efficient operation

The Smart Tower Solution delivers low capital and operational expenditure by seamlessly integrating RLWI/IMR contractor’s equipment while reducing classification and inspection work. Using energy-efficient drives and extensive automation minimizes manual labour offshore, contributing to safer and more efficient operations.

Additionally, the Smart Tower Solution operates through a moonpool on typical vessels, eliminating the need for hull modifications and further enhancing cost savings. Remote operation capabilities reduce the need for on-site personnel, fostering safer working conditions while maintaining operational integrity.

One system, multiple jobs

The Smart Tower Solution addresses a wide range of subsea operations:

RLWI Operations: It supports the launch and recovery of pre-assembled subsea modules, wireline operations, coiled tubing operations, and P&A operations.
IMR Operations: The system can launch and recover various subsea modules, including x-mas trees and other essential components.
Expanded Capabilities: In other configurations, the Smart Tower Solution extends its capabilities to encompass subsea construction operations and cable laying, making it a comprehensive tool for subsea projects.
