Our History
AXTech was established in 2004 by Molde-based engineers Kjell Ødegård and Richard Myhre.
It all started as a collaboration with the consulting company Axess. That partnership lasted a few years before Myhre and Ødegård took the company on with the help of international co-owners.
Today, ownership is mostly back in Molde. Myhre and Ødegård own the majority, and several members of the management team also have shares in the company.

AXTech develops, designs, delivers, tests, commissions and services heavy lifting and material handling equipment for use in any environment.
Our engineers have broad experience in all relevant disciplines. We take pride in having one of the industry's most comprehensive and best engineering teams, keeping the competence in-house.
We are a dependable and courageous partner, building trust through knowledge, with the ability to adapt and provide next-level solutions.
We currently have locations in Poland and Tønsberg as well as the head office in Molde. Our customers are located worldwide.
